Tim Wicks is the Intern Supervisor and a Therapist at Personal and Family Counseling Services, an OhioGuidestone Organization. Tim began in May 1999 as a Home Base Counselor and Outpatient Counselor at Personal Family Counseling Services. He currently balances his counseling responsibilities with the administrative tasks of managing the outpatient clinical department, which serves children and adults through mental health and substance abuse counseling. He also supervises student interns and the Internship and Clinical Residency.
Tim is an alumnus of Malone College, where he graduated with a Master of Arts in Education in May of 2000. After completing his master’s, he continued his education through several clinical workshops including: Techniques for Adolescents, Understanding Poverty, Motivational Interviewing, Bully-Proofing Youth. Tim and his wife Tammy live in Massillon, Ohio and have two children. In his spare time, Tim enjoys the playing the guitar and creative cooking.
